All media, video clips, frameworks, articles, and profile content published by advisors within the LaWI platform are hosted under the distribution and platform rights of LaWI (Windrose Lifestyle). Advisors retain authorship credit but grant LaWI a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote such content within the platform ecosystem.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with advisors (seekers' names, contact details, and intake responses), payment processors (Razorpay), video conferencing providers (Zoom), email service providers, and legal authorities when required by Indian law.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Booking records and invoices are retained for 7 years to comply with Indian GST and accounting regulations. You may request deletion of your account data by writing to us at hello@lawi.in.
